All the study part u both said just went above my head! It was like as if I'm "just" reading my geography book in the class! It's like a jump from ABCD to tenses  , and Melody I have no idea how to solve that table!

Yes these kind of questions often confuse us ! Anonymouses should ask the question more nicely!

CPhill I think anonymous means x=90 

I am on a phone so can't see your pic nicely and not can understand what your questions real meaning but tho I'll do my bit to help u so equations are formed by expressions and they have two expressions on each side of the equal sign and those expressions r of the same value . An example of an equation is 

5 + 10 =10+5 

 Or 

x +10 = 10+5

in the above equation u could see that both the sides have the same value

So for this we will place 90 in place of x to solve our problem. So lets do it

x=90(x/100 + 1/3)

=90/100 + 1/3 ( and now out here we will first cut the zeroes of 90 and 100 which makes it easier for us to solve )

= 9/10 + 1/3     ( okay so now we will get the same denominators by taking the LCM of 3  and 10 which is 30 and then as 10 times 3 is 30 so we shall multiply 9 as well by 3 and as 3 is ten times 30 so we shall multiply 1 as well by 10 )

= 27/30 + 10/30
