2) Find the axis of symmetry

3) Find the vertex

4) Find the y intercept  where x=0   that is really easy to find.

5) Graph it.

I assume you mean how many whole numbers can be made with those digits.

If that is what you want then you should have said

"How many permutations are there of those individual digits."

This is by convention.

Think about this

10 - sqrt4 = 10 - 2 =8

It does NOT equal 10 - -2 or  12!

HOWEVER

IF X^2 = 9

THEN

X = + SQRT3. OR  X= - SQRT3

A vaguely obvious answer is 3/4 but I dont know. So I decided to go for a mathematics site seeing trip.

I did it as a division in base 13

4 doesn't go into 3 so that is 0.

Carry the carry the 3

4 into 39 is 9 carry 3

Etc

So that is 0.9 repeater base 13

To change to base 10 I did it as the infinite sum of a GP.

a=9/13  r=1/13

S infinity = (9/13)/ (1- 1/13)

=9/13.   ÷    12/13

=3/4

Mmm maybe it would have been easier to say 3/4 in the first place.
