There are a number of people having problems at the moment.
If you lodge an error can you please give all relevant information that you can think of.
Where you are in the world - the city or the country - is often very important information.

This is not a recommended method, but other methods that I have tried here have not worked.
This coding is really simple. Just put letters inside

Very interesting question. No high level maths required.
This question was posted a couple of days ago.

I think it is really interesting. It looks much more difficult than it really needs to be.

Some guidelines for question askers.
Please note:
1) Ask only one question per post.
2) When asking a question talk about what you have tried for yourself. Then people will take you more seriously and will be more able and willing to help.
3) If you get an answer

Replace y in the first equations with (2x+12) and then solve for x
then substitute your x value into either original equation to get y.

(-5)+(-6)
= -5+-6
If 2 signs (+ or -) are so close together that you can put a circle around them with nothing else in the circe, the
if the signs are the same, replace them with a plus
if the signs are different, replace them with a minus.
Your question has a +- they are different so replace with a -
=-5-6
Now, start at -5 on a number line and go 6 places in a negative direction.
= -11

If I understand your question properly, which I may not, then
It is 64 degrees because they are alternate angles on parallel lines.

If f(t)=5/t
[ f(t)-f(a)] / (t-a)
= [5/t - 5/a] / (t-a)
=(5a-5t)/(at) * 1/(t-a)
=-5(-a+t)/(at) * 1/(t-a)
=-5/(at)

It depends what you are talking about
The inverse of 6 is 1/6
but if
tan(theta) = 0.35
Inverse tan 0.35 = theta

sqrt3(24^3) = (sqr3) * 24*24*24
You can't simplify sqr of 3 because it is already as simple as it can be.
24*24*24 you can do by long multiplication.

10 rabbits at first then five years later 340 rabbits.
give a formula for the population of the colony of rabbits as a function of the time
a=10, r = rate of yearly increase, R = number of rabbits after n years.
340=10*r
5
34=r
5
r = 34^(1/5)
r = 35^0.2
R
n
= 10 * [34^0.2]
n
R
n
= 10 * 34
(0.2n)
This is based on the premise that rabbits increase in number yearly as a geometric progression, which, of couse, they do not.
