It's easy Chris, although I don't know what method Ninja uses.

What operating system do you use?  I use the 'snipping Tool' that is automatically supplied with Windows 7 and I assume with higher versions.

Almost all my uploads are snipped straight from my screen.

kilo means 1000 times bigger so

1kL=1000L

0.02kL=1000*0.02L=20L  

(You have to move the decimal place over 3 because there are 3 zeros in 1000

and if you are multiplying by 1000 the number will get biggers so you move the point in the correct direction to make the number bigger. 

NOTE: If you hold you finger on the tan button for a little longer than ususal, it turns into atan

What is the question?  " is the symbol for inches, ' is the symbol for feet.

so 6'5" means 6 feet 5 inches.

If you do not live in a country that uses imperial you probably don't know this. 

Maybe you have to change this to feet and inches?

There are 12 inches in a foot.  Maybe that will help.
