so

23.78932 degrees = 23 degrees, 47minutes and 21.552 seconds.  

You can use the math formula tool to write it.

OR you can use the LaTex tool to write it

\frac{x}{2}            $$\frac{x}{2}$$

this is an irrational number - it can only be estimated.

You can do that with any calculator.

This is because these 2 lines are paralle.

they have the same gradient

I can tell straight off that they are parallel because

-6x-2y=-2(3x+y)

The -2 is not important.  It is important that one is a constant multiple of the other.
