It says  approximate which to me means no calculator

I'd approximate it at 1.06 of 60 = 60+0.06*60 = 60+6*0.01*60=60+6*0.6=60+3.6=63.6

OR

a little easier 1.05*60 = 60+0.05*60=60+half of 0.1of60=60+half of 6 = 63
