$${\frac{{\mathtt{60}}}{{\mathtt{9}}}} = {\frac{{\mathtt{20}}}{{\mathtt{3}}}} = {\mathtt{6.666\: \!666\: \!666\: \!666\: \!666\: \!7}}$$

Now

$$\\\frac{20}{3}=6\frac{2}{3}\\\\
and\\\\
\frac{2}{3}=0.66666666......\\\\$$

the 6's will keep going for ever and ever. If you want to cut them off at some point then the last one should be rounded up to a 7.  

This looks like a really good little video clip explaining how numbers are rounded off.

\frac{3a}{5}-\frac{a}{2}=\frac{9}{2}\\\\
10\times\left(\frac{3a}{5}-\frac{a}{2}\right)=10\times \frac{9}{2}\\\\
\frac{3*10a}{5}-\frac{10a}{2}= \frac{10*9}{2}\\\\
6a-5a= 45\\\\
a=45$$

In this instance I probably did it the hard way - oh well, I have a reputation for doing this :)

 y=-2*x-4

if x=0 then  y=-2*0-4=0-4=-4

if x=1 then  y=-2*1-4 = -2-4=-8

etc

Can you see how I am doing the substitution ?

If the exterior angle is 20 degrees then the interior angle must be 160 degrees

The sum of the interior angles of a polygon with n sides = (n-2)*180

Each individual internal angle in a regular polygon ((n-2)*180)/n

$$\\\frac{(n-2)*180}{ n}=160\\
(n-2)*180=160n\\
180n-360=160n\\
20n=360\\
n=18$$
